1. Introduction

DaanPitara (“Company”, “we”, “us”) operates as:

  • A Digital Implementation Agency for NGOs
  • A Startup Incubation & Growth Support Center
  • A Platform that connects NGOs, Startups, Corporates, and Supporters

By using our website, services, incubator programs, or digital solutions, you accept these Terms. If any user, NGO, startup, or corporate partner disagrees—don’t use the platform.

2. Eligibility

NGOs:

Must provide legit documents (12A, 80G, Trust/Society/Section 8 docs, etc.).

Startups:

Must submit:

  • Founders’ details
  • Pitch deck / company info
  • Business model clarification
  • Proof of identity

Corporates:

Must submit authentic CSR requirements or partnership intent. Misrepresentation = immediate removal.

3. Scope of Services

You acknowledge that DaanPitara provides:

A. Digital Implementation Agency Services (NGOs + Startups):

  • Branding, content, social media, microsites
  • Google Ads/Ad Grants setup
  • Digital marketing
  • Campaign management
  • Consulting

B. Incubator & Startup Support:

  • Mentorship
  • Strategic guidance
  • Digital foundation setup
  • Scaling roadmap
  • Community & collaborations
  • NO guarantee of funding or investment

C. CSR / Partnership Connect:

  • NGO ↔ Corporate matchmaking
  • Startup ↔ Mentor/Network connect
  • Verification & documentation review

D. Platform Tools:

  • Listings
  • Dashboard features
  • Communication channels

We do not guarantee:

  • Funding
  • Donations
  • CSR approvals
  • Startup investment
  • Business success
  • Viral growth
  • Google Ad Grants approval (Google controls that)

Your growth depends on your consistency — not our platform alone.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Avoid fake documents
  • Not misuse data
  • Not violate laws
  • Not exploit platform for political/illegal activity
  • Not copy DaanPitara’s IP, content, or design

5. Payments

  • NGO listing is free.
  • Digital setup, consultation, incubation, and premium services are chargeable.
  • Once service is delivered, no refund.
  • Payment is for service execution, not outcome guarantees.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, microsite templates, assets, strategies, and platform material belong to DaanPitara. Duplicating or reselling them = legal violation.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are NOT liable for:

  • NGO misuse of funds
  • Startup failure
  • Corporate misuse of information
  • Donor disputes
  • CSR rejections
  • Incubation failures
  • Market fluctuations
  • External website downtime
  • Decisions taken based on mentorship advice
  • Third-party tool errors (Google, Meta, Hostinger, etc.)

We provide guidance — execution and results depend on you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate:

  • Fake NGOs / Startups
  • Misleading impact claims
  • Misuse of platform data
  • Fraudulent documents
  • Abusive behaviour
  • Policy violations

9. Amendments

We can update these Terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance.
